Just spent 3 nights in a Quadruple Room at Weisses Kreuz. Loved the spacious room and killer breakfast! Staff were super helpful even when we arrived late. A bit noisy from the trains, but it’s so convenient to the station that I’ll take it.

The views from our room were absolutely breathtaking, and the location was fantastic—just a short stroll to the train station. Staff were incredibly friendly and even offered bike rentals, adding an extra touch to our stay (exploring local trails was a highlight! ).
While the ambiance was lovely, a few more breakfast options would elevate the experience personally. Also, a small concern was the insects coming in when the windows were open for fresh air.

Staying here was lovely for our family of four. We loved the spacious Quadruple Room that came with a well-equipped kitchenette, even if we didn’t cook much. The lake view and local trails kept the kids happily engaged during our trip.
My kids wished there were more family-friendly dining options.

The stunning lake views from the room were a highlight, complemented by a charming decor typical of the region. Enjoyed a buffet breakfast that provided a decent selection, though better options are available elsewhere. Uniquely, the location was perfect for accessing outdoor activities and nearby train stations, making it a convenient choice for exploration. However, the shared bathroom situation took some adjustment, and the lack of ambiance in the outdoor seating area was disappointing.

The stunning views of the lake and mountains from my room were the highlight of the stay, making it feel like a dream escape. The location near the railway station made exploring the area super convenient, and enjoying complimentary bicycle rentals was a fun way to see more. However, the breakfast offerings were limited and mostly consisted of Swiss dishes with no hot options, which was a slight letdown, and the noise from passing trains occasionally disrupted the tranquility. Another minor issue was the lack of kitchen utensils in the room, making it challenging to prepare any meals with the kitchenette provided.
